This 150,000-square-foot, nine-story office and retail building is located in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron District. With an LEED certified rating resulting from a complete gut renovation, the building brings modern sophistication to the historic Ladies’ Mile.
Since acquiring the property in 2005, RFR has completely renovated the eight floors of office space and extended the lease of the ground floor retail tenant Club Monaco. The lobby and core of the property were both relocated from Fifth Avenue to the loading dock on 21st Street and the roof was transformed into a landscaped terrace. RFR completed the renovation and signed its first office lease in October 2009.
